Catholic Foundation Dinner

Hosted by His Grace, Archbishop William Goh
Wednesday, 11 September 2019

“By the grace of God which was given to me,
I laid the foundations like a trained master-builder,
and someone else is building on them.
Now each one must be careful how he does the building.”

– 1 Corinthians 3:10

About the Dinner

Catholic Foundation is organising its annual dinner, hosted by Archbishop William Goh, to raise much needed funds to build a more vibrant, evangelistic and missionary Church in Singapore. His Grace invites us to be a part of his pastoral vision for the Church through our prayers and resources.

The Purpose

Several archdiocesan organisations and groups do significant work in areas such as youth, family and formation, to build a Church alive with the Holy Spirit and a community centered on Jesus.

Akin to the first villages where Jesus ministered to and converted many people, we are today part of the village that is the Church. We who are nourished by Jesus are in turn called to give of ourselves – our gifts, talents and lives – back to Him. Like the early Christians, each of us is asked to continue the mission of His Church, pooling our resources together for the spread of the Gospel.
