The Executive, Donations & Volunteers is part of a team that supports the Foundation’s donor services, volunteer engagement and operational activities to facilitate giving, strengthen stewardship and support the mission of the Catholic Church in Singapore.

 

This role supports the Foundation’s donation processing, parish coordination, volunteer engagement and fundraising activities through effective administration, stakeholder coordination and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
 

Donations Administration & Processing
 

  • Process donations and contributions in accordance with established policies, procedures and controls

  • Maintain accurate donor and contribution records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality

  • Support donation reconciliation, reporting, correspondence and administrative processes

  • Parish Coordination & Support

  • Liaise and coordinate with parishes on donation collections, documentation and related operational matters

  • Support parish outreach activities and fundraising initiatives where required

  • Build positive working relationships with parish representatives and stakeholders

 

Volunteer Management & Engagement
 

  • Coordinate volunteer communications, scheduling and deployment for Foundation activities and events

  • Support volunteer recruitment, onboarding, engagement and appreciation initiatives

  • Maintain volunteer records and administrative processes

  • Support the planning and execution of fundraising, volunteer and engagement activities

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Experience, Qualifications & Competencies

​

  • Minimum GCE ‘A’ Levels, Diploma or equivalent qualification

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets and Drive)

  • Strong organisation and administrative skills with attention to detail

  • Proactive, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with volunteers, parish representatives and stakeholders

  • Relevant experience in administration, volunteer management, customer service, events or donor services would be an advantage

  • Supportive of and aligned with the teachings of the Catholic Church
