Fundraising and Communications Manager

We’re looking for a Fundraising & Communications Manager that will provide specialised communications and editorial work to raise awareness of the organisation, and support its continued engagement with the Catholic community.

​Key responsibilities include:
 

  • Ensure coherent and consistent messaging aligned with the Foundation’s mission
     

  • Develop and implementing an annual fundraising and engagement plan to encourage the spirit of Christian giving within the Catholic community
     

  • Manage creative development and production of the Foundation’s communication assets
     

  • Produce fundraising and interpretive materials for specific audiences and events, such as brochures, feature stories, annual report, posters and advertisements
     

  • Plan, support and execute events in support of the mission of the organisation
     

  • Other projects, duties and responsibilities as may be assigned

Experience, qualifications and competencies:

​

Required

​

  • ​Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or related discipline, and/or relevant experience

  • 5 years of people management experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Strong time management skills: ability to prioritise, organise and track details and across concurrent projects

  • Proactive, flexible, with attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • An eye for creativity and design

  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

  • Understanding of all primary social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, etc.)

  • Experience in event management and corporate communications will be an advantage

Donations & Volunteers Executive

We’re looking for a Donations & Volunteers Executive that will provide administrative support for managing the timely processing and acknowledgement of contributions.

​Key responsibilities include:
 

  • Ensure the processing of contributions according to established protocols.
     

  • Maintain proper records of contributions using manual and online systems.
     

  • Reach out to contributors regarding their contributions.
     

  • Engage with parishes and volunteers on processing matters.
     

  • Undertake general administrative tasks, including handling correspondence and enquiries over the phone and email.
     

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Experience, qualifications and competencies:

 

​Required:

​

  • Diploma level qualification and/or relevant work experience

  • Organised and meticulous

  • Ability to work well in a team

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
