Why is Catholic Foundation organising this activity?
This year, the universal Church celebrates the Jubilee Year of Hope. The theme “Pilgrims of Hope”, was inspired by Romans 5:5 – “Hope does not disappoint”. The Jubilee Year is a rare and sacred tradition which is observed every 25 years. Catholics are called to live our faith by embodying the core themes of the Jubilee: Renewal, Reconciliation, and a closer relationship with Christ. It also echoes the theme of the 2024 Papal Visit, Unity & Hope, where the anchor Scripture verse was “Share the reason for the hope you have” (1 Peter 3:15).
Titled “Reason for Our Hope”, Catholics may choose any ONE of the activities below to share them on their social media platforms and tag Catholic Foundation.

The first XX participants will receive a Pope Francis Singapore 2024 souvenir as a token of appreciation.
Those with private Instagram accounts who wish to participate in this activity may opt to make their account public for the duration of the activity or to share their submissions via Instagram Direct Message to Catholic Foundation.
